• Why do you think streaming has become so popular?
With the proper bandwidth using streaming is fantastic. I watched the Gals' Olympic Hockey Team play while dining on Brant Street in Borington... on my laptop.... . My own lil' world. It was great.

• Will you continue to use YouTube?
Yup... it is an amazing medium to use in the classroom.

Excursion III

1st off... the tags that i thought were on the picture weren't.... so i am figuring that tags are the comments/names ON the picture... . I thought Picasa was interesting... frankly similar fomat as using Google Images (link on Google's hompage). I tend to use that for quick digital treasures for my courses i teach, (i use the SmartBoard for all of the courses i teach) yet i think i will explore these new sites also.

Why fight it. I have been around the world... lucky enuff to be kicked out of UWO to find out what an incredible world is out there...

Ireland and New Zealand... yet .. there is always an issue to the fact of saying .. " my favorite".. as my Father says.. ' your one of my three favorite sons' ... ... ya dig?

The culture of these two fine places sit deep in my being... to be able to hitch~hike with clear comfort and to literally bump into the most amazing people... who,,, frankly... share with you what it is being who/what they are....

now.. to me... that's travellin'.



My favorite trip .. was to Acton. It really is worth _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ !



I decided to pop onto this because i like to type.

I also believe, if we as educators don't pay attention... we will not be educating anything... they will be educating us. They are winning. We must continue to learn new ways to transfer the knowledge they really need... this course is a medium that can help this process... ...



An amazin' colleague i work with tossed me this site one day ... stimulated plenty with the two of us as well... .. well... as well as sharing this with my students in my 11 Open Philosophy and my mixed 11'ns for Sociology, Psychology and Anthropology course..
